Dr. David Shin, O.D.
Dr. Sheila Bartlett, O.D.
Dr. Julia Chu, O.D.
Dr. Julia Chu attended the University of California, San Diego where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology. She then attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, where she earned her doctoral degree in Optometry. Dr. Chu is TLG certified and is licensed to practice full-scope optometry in California.
Dr. Chu completed her clinical training at the VA Hospital in Newington, CT, Manatee Rural Health Clinic in Bradenton, FL and private practices in Chandler, AZ and San Diego, CA- all of which have provided her extensive knowledge and training, allowing her to diagnose, treat, and manage most ocular diseases not limited to dry eyes, red eyes, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and hypertensive retinopathy.
Dr. Chu spent her childhood in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin and conversational in Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, trying new cuisines and spending time at coffee shops. She looks forward to serving patients in the Inland Empire.

Raquel Ornelas, Office Manager
Raquel has over 7 years of experiences specializing in the optical field. As an office manager, she provides the guidance and leadership to our staff. Raquel is dedicated to delivering quality patient service. Aside from taking care of administrative work for the office, she works directly with the patients in solving any problems.
Erika Carmona, Optician
Erika has been professionally trained to assist with patient satisfaction and its necessities. In 2014, She was chosen to be a part of our wonderful team at Vision Express Optometry in Fontana. With experience and care she can meet your expectations from making your appointment to choosing your eyewear. Erika is patient, and comforting. She has a wonderful family, loves to spend time with her son and volunteer for the disabled.
Erika Arambula, Optician
Erika Arambula is one of the three opticians at our Fontana location. Erika has been with Vision Express since 2012 and has proven her knowledge in the field. She enjoys helping patients with any and all optical related questions and is thorough in her work to ensure patients satisfaction with the product. She is currently attending Cal State San Bernardino and is dedicated to her work here as well as in her academics.
Nancy Ramirez, Optician
Nancy joined Vision Express Optometry in 2014, she has been experienced with people skills for over ten years. She is always ready to help you find the perfect frame and your lens needs. She is also knowledgeable in insurances and is able to help you verify your benefits and or eligibility. When Nancy is not working she loves spending her time with her husband and daughter.
Angelica Arias, Optician
Angelica graduated from North West College as a Medical Insurance Biller and Coder. Inspired by her experience of internship at an optometry office, Angelica quickly developed a passion for eye care. She provides customer service in our office and is happy spending her days making your visit spectacular, one eye at a time.
